MEET YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER
My name is Ray Collins, and I am a retired Army veteran who resides in Evans, Georgia. At the tender age of ten (10), I received a gift from my grandmother, which was her old camera that I will cherish forever. Little did I know that this moment would ignite a lifelong passion. During that moment, she shared with me, "A camera is a real-time machine. One photo can transport you back to a cherished moment, a day, a year, and any time in your life that can be shared with anyone.” What began as a mere hobby has blossomed into an all-consuming passion. Over the last two decades, I have dedicated myself to mastering the craft of photography, which was driven by the desire to preserve fleeting moments for my friends, family, and colleagues alike. My journey behind the lens has taken me from the familiar confines of my backyard to the untamed landscapes of Botswana and Zimbabwe, from the majestic Valley of the Kings in Egypt to the iconic landmarks of France, Italy, England, and Germany. Although my aspirations once leaned towards the esteemed halls of National Geographic, I find profound joy in capturing the unique essence of each moment, whether grand or intimate. It would be my utmost privilege to immortalize your own "special moments in time."
