A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Photo Bomb Photography shall:
i. Devote as much productive time, energy, and ability to the performance of its duties under this agreement as may be necessary to provide the required Services in a timely and productive manner;
ii. Perform the Services in a safe, good, and workmanlike manner by fully trained, skilled, competent, and experienced personnel with adequate equipment in good working order. The Photographer may delegate incidental responsibilities to the Photographer's staff, but primary responsibility for fulfilling the Services remains with the Photographer.
iii. Provide the selected service(s) as defined below based on the established price list.

Products and Branding
Group Photos
Events (Sports, Parties, etc.…)
Maternity Shoot
Maternity Shoot: Pregnant Mom’s safety is out 1st priority; therefore, any temperatures below 40 or above 90 degrees will be rescheduled if shoot is scheduled for outdoors. Also, please have snacks and water for mom.
iv. Consult with the Hiring Party about specific photographs or individuals to be photographed at the Event.
